Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location at no cost to you. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised candles (special orders)
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount
  • Gift cards

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
