Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

Shipping Coverage We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Timeframes Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment through the courier's website.

Delayed or Lost Shipments If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at ratnasagarikacandles@gmail.com or call +91 7026311521 and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Failed Delivery If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. Re-shipping charges may apply for returned packages.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours at ratnasagarikacandles@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
